Deputies arrested a Hopewell man following an investigation into a 911 hang-up call.
According to a news release, Noah Counts, 22, was charged with two counts of criminal mischief after that investigation.
He’s accused of damaging a cell phone and television, both of which were owned by the victim of the incident.
He then prevented the victim from calling 911 for help.
Counts was taken into custody without incident and will answer the charges at a later date.
