ORANGE GAME DAY: Syracuse looks to snap two-game skid against Chaminade in Maui Invitational finale (preview)

The Syracuse Orange (3-2) will try to snap a two-game skid tonight at 9:30 p.m. against the Chaminade Silverswords (1-4) in the Maui Jim Maui Invitational finale in Honolulu.

Syracuse has dropped two straight after starting the season 3-0. The Orange fell 73-56 to No. 7 Tennessee on Monday before losing to No. 11 Gonzaga 76-57 on Tuesday.

Chaminade has lost three straight, most recently to No. 24 UCLA and No. 1 Kansas earlier this week.

The only matchup between the Orange and Silverswords had a familiar setting in the 1998-99 Maui Jim Maui Invitational, Syracuse won 82-44.

The Syracuse-Chaminade game will be televised on ESPNU.
