Seneca Falls man held victim against will during domestic

Police say a Seneca Falls man is in custody after a domestic incident over the weekend.

On November 5 at approximately 9:32 p.m., the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested John A. Stahl, 59, of Seneca Falls for criminal mischief, unlawful imprisonment, and harassment. 

Police responded to a residence for a reported domestic incident where Stahl had damaged property, kept the victim from leaving, and shoved the victim. 

Stahl was processed and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
