Police arrested a 21-year-old Seneca Falls woman after an investigation into a domestic incident.
Devyn Page, 21, is accused of having physical contact with a person during that dispute, and then taking their vehicle preventing them from getting to work.
She was charged with criminal tampering and harassment.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
