The Penn Yan Police Department reports the arrest of a Branchport man following two separate incidents involving violated court orders.
Michael Labadee, 38, was arrested after orders of protection were violated on September 15 and 18 in the village of Penn Yan.
Investigation determined that Labadee attempted to contact the protected party multiple times.
He was taken into custody and will answer the charges at a later date.
