The Seneca Falls Police Department responded to a report of disorderly conduct at the Quality Inn hotel leading to the arrest of 26-year-old Ontario County man this week.
Todd A. Russell, of Stanley was arrested after multiple vehicles sustained substantial damage, with their windows being shattered.
The situation escalated when Russell allegedly threatened one of the hotel guests with a sharp tool.
He faces multiple charges including second-degree criminal mischief, three counts of third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree menacing, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
Following his arrest, Russell was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility. The charges will be answered at a later date.
