The Great New York State Fair returns from August 23 to Labor Day, September 4, with a slew of special themed days and an exciting musical lineup.
Admission stands at $6 for adults while attendees aged 65 and over, as well as those 12 and under, can enter for free. The fair will celebrate a range of special days, including Pride Day (August 25), Law Enforcement Day (August 28), Armed Forces Day (August 31), and Apple Day (September 2). Various days also offer free admissions to eligible attendees, from law enforcement and military personnel to members of Native American tribes.
Musical acts are set to grace the stages of Chevy Court and Suburban Park. Highlights include Chubby Checker, Salt-N-Peppa, REO Speedwagon, Ludacris, and Skid Row.
The fair culminates on Labor Day with performances from The High Kings and Foghat at Chevy Court, and Hairball and Skid Row at Suburban Park. Additionally, fairgoers can look forward to attractions like the 55th annual butter sculpture, DINOSAUR EXPEDITION at the Expo Center, and an array of local food vendors and trucks.
