The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of Austin Sierra, a 19-year-old resident of Macedon, following a probe into a criminal mischief complaint on Saturday.
Sierra faces charges of second-degree criminal mischief after it was alleged he had thrown keys at a moving vehicle, resulting in damage.
Following his arrest, Sierra was handed over to the Wayne County Jail and was arraigned later that day.
