Lyons woman facing multiple burglary charges arrested a third time in two months

A Lyons woman who’s been arrested at least two times on serious charges in Wayne County was arrested a third over the weekend on probation violation charges.

Connie Cotturone, 33, of Lyons was taken into custody on July 22 for violating probation. Deputies said in a release she violated the terms of her release, leading to the warrant.

It’s unclear how Cotturone violated probation, given that she is currently incarcerated at the Wayne County Jail.

In June, Cotturone was arrested on burglary charges after stealing from a Wayne County business. In May, she was arrested for entering a private residence and stealing property there. She was charged with second-degree burglary in that incident, too.
