Troopers: Felony forgery, identity theft charges follow burglary in Lyons

State police arrested a Lyons man on felony charges after an investigation into a burglary on Snake Road.


According to troopers, Anthony Hall, 51, was charged with felony counts of forgery, criminal possession of stolen property, and identity theft after an investigation into a burglary on Snake Road.

Hall is accused of using a stolen credit card at the Kwik Fill gas station in Lyons.

He was taken into custody to be processed at the Wayne County Jail.
