Deputies arrested a Sterling resident following a dispute and attack that happened late last week.
Trevor Anthony, 29, is accused of attacking a woman identified as his ex-girlfriend. She sustained minor injuries, but deputies said it was unclear if the injuries were brought on by that specific incident, or another that occurred the day before.
Through investigation, Anthony was located, despite him attempting to hide in a closet to avoid arrest. He was charged with menacing and resisting arrest.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
