State police have arrested a Breesport man following an incident in Elmira.
According to troopers they were called to a residence on Lattabrook Road in Elmira for a disturbance.
While interviewing the person who filed the complaint, Bailey Douberley, 24, was found to have struck a vehicle with several rocks.
The vehicle was damaged.
Troopers arrested Douberley with criminal mischief. The charge will be answered at a later date in local court.
