Deputies arrested a 35-year-old Auburn man following a trespassing investigation.
According to a news release, it happened on May 10 around 3 p.mm.
Carl Bond, 35, was charged with one count of third-degree trespass.
Bond is accused of trespassing at a residence in Tyre. He was arraigned and will answer the charge at a later date.
