State police arrested an Elmira Heights resident following a roadside investigation on April 5.
According to a news release, troopers conducted a traffic stop on Grand Central Avenue around 11:15 p.m. on April 5.
The driver, Mary Roth, 38, of Elmira Heights was found to be intoxicated.
She was released on appearance tickets for DWI and will answer the charge at a later date.
