State police have arrested a 28-year-old following a stabbing investigation in the town of Boonville.
During the early-morning hours on Friday troopers were called to Fox Court in the town of Boonville for an apparent stabbing.
With few details, troopers arrived on-scene and located a 35-year-old victim who sustained an array of stab wounds. The victim was airlifted to a Syracuse hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Following an investigation, 28-year-old Jeffrey Lawson was arrested for felony assault and misdemeanor criminal possession of a weapon.
He was arraigned and will answer the charges at a later date.
