Deputies say a Branchport man is facing felony charges after an investigation in Yates County.
Zachary Waite, a 31-year-old resident of Branchport, has been arrested by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office on a felony charge of criminal possession of stolen property. The arrest came after an investigation by the Sheriff’s Office, which alleged that Waite impeded the recovery of stolen property worth over $1,000.
No further details were immediately available.
Waite was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charges at a later date.
