State police report the arrest of a Marion man following a suspicious incident at del Lago Resort & Casino.
On February 18th troopers responded to the suspicious incident and arrested David Byington, 55, of Marion for DWAI drugs.
He was also charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
