Deputies say a Lyons man was arrested following a fraud investigation in Wayne County.
Arthur Aldrich, 64, of Lyons was charged with petit larceny and misuse of food stamps.
The charges stem from an investigation into a fraud complaint where it’s allegedly he allowed two individuals to use his benefits, violating the agreement.
He was processed and will answer the charges at a later date.
