Deputies arrested a Canandaigua man following a domestic incident in the town of Sodus on Tuesday.
Joseph Vohs, 31, was charged with criminal mischief, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, and a felony count of aggravated family offense.
Vohs is accused of becoming intoxicated and aggressive toward an adult victim in the presence of his two children. He also punched a wall and door causing damage during the dispute.
He had previously been convicted of a family offense in 2020.
Vohs was transported to the Wayne County Jail to await arraignment.
