The New York State Fair could be getting a little more expensive.
Part of Governor Kathy Hochul’s proposed budget would increase admission, parking, and sponsorships.
Parking would increase from $5 to $10. Admission would go from $3 to $6.
Sponsorship rates would increase by 1.5%, according to the Governor’s proposal.
The measure would have to be approved and part of the final budget adopted on April 1st, 2023.
