Troopers from the Auburn barracks were dispatched to a motor vehicle incident on State Route 41A in the town of Sempronius on Thursday, January 26th.
Following an investigation, 47-year-old Jason S. MacHenry of Cortland was taken into custody and charged with DWI and operating a motor vehicle with a BAC over the legal limit of .08%.
MacHenry is set to face his charges in the Town of Sempronius Court on February 8th.
