The Syracuse Orange men’s basketball team (13-8, 6-4) will try to bounce back from Tuesday’s loss when they square off with the Virginia Tech Hokies (12-8, 2-7) on Saturday night at Cassell Coliseum.
Syracuse is coming off a four-point home loss to North Carolina, while Virginia Tech is coming off a three-point win over Duke.
The Orange hold a 12-6 advantage in the all-time series against the Hokies that spans back to the 1975-76 season. Syracuse has won three of the last four contests, and both squads have evenly split all eight clashes in Blacksburg.
The game will be televised on the ACC Network, with tipoff set for 7 p.m.
