A tragedy occurred on Saturday morning in High Point, North Carolina when five people were found dead in a home in what authorities are calling a murder-suicide. The incident began when police received a call around 7 a.m. reporting “two people screaming for help” from the residence.
Upon arriving at the scene, officers found two adults asking for help and had to force their way into the home. Inside, they discovered five deceased individuals, including three minors. All of the victims were pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing, and authorities have not released any information about a motive or the cause of death.
At this time, there is no indication of a threat to the community.
