Deputies report the investigation of a serious crash at at the intersection of State Route 36 and Bethesda Drive in Hornell on Tuesday.
It happened around 6 p.m. when first responders were called to the scene.
Exact details of how the crash occurred were not released. However, deputies said a bicyclist and pickup truck collided.
The bicyclist, who was not identified, was seriously injured in the accident.
No charges have been filed and the investigation remains active.
