Man who robbed KeyBank in Sodus found guilty

A Newark man who robbed a bank last December will be sentenced next month after being found guilty in Wayne County Court.

The Finger Lakes Times reports that Ryan Laws, age 43, was convicted of robbery and grand larceny in a trial that happened last week.


He was arrested on December 8th, 2021 after a robbery at the West Main Street KeyBank branch in Sodus.

Laws got away with around $2,300 during the robbery. He faces upwards of seven years in prison.
