With the day passes, participants can do another type of workout in addition to the class, swim, or simply enjoy the hot tub and sauna. They can then relax, shower, and reflect upstairs in the meditation room at Rasa Spa for a full day of wellness.

The class fee is just $15, and full scholarships are available so that anyone is able to attend. If you wish to make a donation to gift a spot to another, or if you would like to request a scholarship spot, visit Spots are limited, and advanced registration is recommended. Support people and caregivers are also welcome.

The class will be taught by Island Health & Fitness Yoga Instructor, Zoe Isaacson. Isaacson has been teaching yoga for six years, and is the owner of Skybranches Yoga.  Her classes are meant to help others strengthen the mind, body and spirit. Isaacson shares, “my intention is for students to find the space to pause, connect, and move through obstacles, and to leave class to feel the peace that is truly inside each and every one of us.”
