Seneca Falls Police say a man was arrested following a traffic stop late Thursday night.
Tyler J. Fiorelli, 24, of Seneca Falls was charged with felony driving while intoxicated.
Fiorelli was stopped when police observed a verbal dispute occurring between him and a passenger. During the investigation, it was revealed that Fiorelli was operating the vehicle while intoxicated and was doing so with a child in the vehicle.
Fiorelli will appear before the Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
