Savannah man accused of using chemical irritant during dispute

Police report the arrest of a Savannah man following a warrant issued by the Town of Seneca Falls Court.

Harold J. Lamb, 32, of Savannah was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, criminal mischief, assault, menacing, unlawfully possessing a noxious material, and conspiracy.


The original incident occurred on August 16 and Lamb worked with another individual to damage property owned by a local organization. He engaged in a physical altercation with two victims and utilized a chemical irritant during the incident. Orders of protection were requested on behalf of the victims.

Lamb will appear in court at a later date to answer the charges.
