A Seneca Falls woman was taken into custody on a warrant on Tuesday.
According to a news release, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Lauryn K. Wendt, 26, of Seneca Falls for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
It was discovered that Wendt failed to return a vehicle she borrowed from the registered owner in the agreed upon time. A warrant was issued following the report of a stolen vehicle and Wendt was taken into custody.
Wendt will answer the charge at a later date.
