Deputies report the arrest of a Geneva man following an investigation into a traffic stop in the town of Ontario.
Hakeem Thomas, 24, of Geneva was arrested as result of a traffic stop. According to a news release, it was discovered that Thomas had an active warrant for his arrest out of the city of Geneva.
He was taken into custody and transported to the Geneva Police Department where he was held for arraignment.
The warrant was for one count of criminal impersonation.
Thomas will appear in city court at a later date to answer the charge.
