Police arrested a Rochester man following report of a stolen vehicle.
According to a news release, the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office arrested Bobby Tate, 41, of Rochester for criminal possession of stolen property.
Upon investigation, it was determined Tate had been in possession of a vehicle that had been reported stolen to the City of Rochester Police in June.
Tate will answer the charge at a later date.
