The Finger Lakes Museum has been hosting the Paddle Keuka 5K race for the past 5 years and each year, the turnout and excitement for the race grows tremendously.
This year’s theme, Peace Love Paddle Keuka 5K, promises a groovy good time for racers and spectators alike.
Held on Saturday, August 6th, the morning is filled with race fun, of course, but one doesn’t need to race to be a part of the good vibes.
Stay golden on the museum’s Creekside Center deck while you enjoy food and drinks after the race. Hustle over to the raffle table to see what local treats and goodies you can win. Boogie down to the music that floats through the campus before and after the race. Show us your fab smile as you cross the finish line.
Don’t sweat it if you don’t have your own gear or if you aren’t a competitive racer. You can include gear use with your entry fee and there are categories for all ages and racing skills. This is truly a race for all the jive turkeys!
Fly solo, sign up with a friend for some healthy competition or grab work pals and make it a team-building experience.
Racers receive a far-out commemorative t-shirt included in their entry fee. Sign up today at FingerLakesMuseum.org and we’ll see you on the flip side!
