A Rochester man was charged following a speeding violation.
According to a news release, the Canandaigua Police Department cited Erik Rhodes, 55, of Rochester for operating with a suspended registration.
Rhodes was initially stopped for a speeding violation on North Main Street in Canandaigua. Pursuant to the investigation, it was determined that Rhodes registration was suspended for an insurance lapse.
Rhodes will appear in Canandaigua City Court at a later date.
