Members of the Geneva Police Department’s Detective Bureau arrested a Geneva man following a rape investigation.
According to a news release, the Geneva Police Department arrested Quincy Parnell, 35, of Geneva for attempted rape and forcible touching.
The investigation began in February regarding the rape of a 14-year-old female. It was learned that in December 2021, Parnell attempted to engage in sexual intercourse with the 14-year-old while she was asleep. This month, the Geneva Police Department’s Detective Bureau learned of a sexual encounter between Parnell and another 14-year-old female. It was discovered that he rubbed and groped the 14-year-olds legs and other intimate parts.
Parnell was transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
