It is alleged that a Penn Yan Police Officer observed Jensen exit a parked vehicle in the Tops parking lot and urinate near a dumpster in plain view. When officers approached Jensen, he turned towards officers while continuing to urinate. He was additionally charged with consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle. This was Jensens third arrest in seven days, where it was alleged that he previously urinated in public.

Jensen was taken into custody and is pending arraignment.
