These rattles cause a choking hazard because the legs can possibly break off.
This would allow what’s inside the rattle to fall out.
If children swallow this then they can choke.
So far there has been three reported cases of the legs breaking off on these toys.
But there has not been any reported injuries.
The Kid O Hudson Glow Rattle is the exact toy affect by this recall.
It’s a rattle shaped like a puppy and makes a soft rattle when shaken.
The toy is white with red and green spots that glow.
The legs of the toy are textured soft plastic.
The front legs are red and the back legs are green.
These is about 8,900 affected toys in the U.S..
With an additional 200 sold in Canada.
The defected rattles were sold in stores nationwide.
And online at walmart.com, zulily.com, amazon.com and playmonster.com.
From February 2018 through February 2022.
If you have purchased one of these recalled toys.
Take it away from children immediately.
Do not use them and contact PlayMonster for a full refund.
And a prepaid shipping label to send back the defected toy.
