SOUNDBOKS recalls Bluetooth speakers with Lithium-Ion batteries due to fire hazard.

These speakers are being recalled due to their lithium-ion batteries.

These batteries can over heat which then poses a fire hazard.

So far there has been no reported cases of anything happening with these speakers.

The exact speaker affected by this recall is the SOUNDBOKS (Gen.3) Bluetooth performance speakers.

With BATTERYBOKS 3 lithium-ion batteries.

The speaker is 26.5 inches high by 17 inches wide by 13 inches deep.

The grill cover of the speaker was sold in the following colors.

  • Orange
  • Red
  • Black
  • Blue
  • White

There is about 6,700 affected speakers.

These were sold online at SOUNDBOKS.com, DJ Tech Tools.com and amazon.com.

From November 2021 through February 2022.

If you have purchased these recalled Bluetooth speakers.

Stop using them and contact the company for a new battery and a $100 credit.
