Over 41,000 bottles of Walgreens Saline Nasal Spray with Xylitol have been recalled due to potential bacterial contamination, health officials report.
The FDA says two product lots may contain pseudomonas lactis, a bacterium typically found in spoiled dairy. The recall, classified as Class II, affects bottles sold nationwide and could cause temporary or reversible health issues.
Consumers are urged to check lot numbers 61409 (exp. 2/28/2027) and 71861 (exp. 8/31/2027).
