1. McCormick
McCormick is best known for their spices and seasoning blends. They agreed to pay $3 million to settle a class action lawsuit. The company was falsely advertising a dozen products as “natural” or “all-natural.”
Submitting a claim could earn you $1 per affected product purchased. You can get up to $15 without proof of purchase. However, there is no limit if you have proof of purchase.
The settlement applies to purchases made between January 1, 2013 through September 23,2021. You can file a claim until April 11.
2. StubHub
StubHub, the ticket resale platform violated California law by improperly disclosing fees. Anyone who bought tickets on this platform between September 1, 2015 and September 1, 2019 in California can join the class action.
If you’ve been affected, you have some options. You can get a cash payout up to $20 or StubHub credit anywhere from $80-$133. The deadline to file a claim is June 25.

3. National Grid
National Grid is one of the largest utility companies in America. They serve over 20 million people in New York, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.
The company made prerecorded/ robocalls to millions of customers without consent. This violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
If you got an automated call from National Grid, or one of their subsidiaries you could file. Compensation is available for anyone who received a call between March 9, 2011 and October 29, 2021. Compensation will range from $50-$150. Claims can be filed until May 12.
4. Chipotle
Chipotle was accused of obscuring app delivery fees. They have agreed to pay $4million to settle the suit.
If you’ve purchased Chipotle on the app between May 11, 2020 and January 19, 2022 you are eligible.
Rewards members get a free meal voucher worth $8.50. Non-members receive cash, but the amount is yet to be determined. The deadline to submit a claim is June 28.
5. Neuriva
Neuriva is a brain health supplement. They’ve gained popularity primarily through their commercials featuring Mayim Bialik. Thy falsely advertised the products as clinically and scenically proven.
If you purchased any of Neuriva’s Original, Plus, or De-Stress products you are eligible for compensation.
You can claim up to $20 without proof of purchase and up to $65, but the deadline to file a claim hasn’t been set. It could be May or June.
