Effective Monday, March 14, Cornell University will lift its mask mandate for the bulk of on-campus locations.
Masks will still be required in classrooms, laboratories, and other teaching venues. Faculty who can maintain physical distancing while teaching may do so without wearing a mask, according to Fox 40.
Additionally, masking will continue to be required at COVID-19 testing venues, health care facilities, and while riding buses and Cornell-owned vehicles.
