Livingston County Hospice named National Best Practice Agency

Livingston County Hospice has been presented with the 2021 Hospice Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) Award of Distinction. The award is given by Fazzi Associates, a home care consulting firm that provides consulting and other services to the home care and hospice industry.

The award is presented to hospice organizations that excel in the caregiver experience and have demonstrated superior performance in 2020. Based on Overall Satisfaction or Likelihood of Recommending survey results, Fazzi Associates placed Livingston County Hospice in the top 25% of their National Hospice CAHPS database.
