Police say a Lodi man was taken into custody on Friday, January 21, 2022 for failure to appear in local court.
Thomas Rath, 32, of Lodi was arrested on a bench warrant issued in November after he failed to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court.
Police say Rath failed to appear in court for a criminal possession of controlled substance charge.
He was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility and held pending arraignment.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
