New York State Police reported the arrest of a Corning man following an investigation into an incident at a property on Monday.
According to a news release, Eric Chamberlain, 31, of Corning was arrested for criminal contempt after entering a property he was instructed by court order to remain away from.
He entered the property and violated the court order, resulting in his arrest.
Chamberlain will answer the charges at a later date.
