A Canandaigua man has been arrested on a warrant issued by the Wayne County Family Court.
Deputies arrested David E. Converse, age 34, of 148 Chapin Street in Canandaigua on a violation under Article 4 of the Family Court Act for failing to make court mandated support payments. Converse was arraigned in the Wayne County Family Court on the warrant and remanded to the Wayne County Jail on $7,500 cash bail or $15,000 bond.
Converse is scheduled to appear back in Family Court on 01/04/22 to answer to the charge.
