In the upcoming months, some Americans may see some stimulus checks in they live in a state that’s sending them out.
The checks are going to residents in 14 states after the Biden administration sent the last federal check worth $1,400.
Many states created their own stimulus check programs with the pandemic aid money they received.
The following 14 states are offering residents some form of financial aid like a stimulus check
Arizona has a back to work program that gives eligible part time workers returning to work $1,000, and part time workers $2,000.
California has begun sending the second check as part of their Golden State Stimulus package. Single eligible people will get $600 and those with kids will get $1,100.
Connecticut is also doing a back to work program that pays certain people returning to work $1,000.
Florida paid teachers and principals $1,000 as a thank you for their work during the pandemic.
Georgia teachers and principals were given $1,000 for their work during the pandemic.
Idaho residents may qualify for a once only income tax rebate, and the check was on average $248.
Michigan teachers are eligible for $500 hazard pay bonuses.
New Hampshire offers a check worth $1,086 for families of three that have no source of income.
New Mexico residents were able to apply for a payment of $750 if they were part of an eligible, low income family.
Ohio students can get grant money from a fund worth $46 million dollars.
In Oklahoma, $13 million dollars were set aside to pay student teachers.
In Tennessee, full time public school employees are eligible for a $1,000 bonus, and part time employees are eligible for $500 bonuses.
Vermont is offering people from the hospitality and construction industry $7,500 for moving fees associated with moving to the state for work.
