New York State Police say an arrest has been made following an investigation into a stolen horse trailer in Horseheads.
Roy Searles, 33, of Enfield was charged with third-degree grand larceny – a felony – in connection with that theft of a horse trailer.
It happened in the town of Veteran on State Route 13 on October 23.
Searles was arraigned in Ashland Town Court and will answer the charge at a later date.
