On October 15 a 27-year-old was arrested on a number of charges following an indictment handed up by a grand jury in Tompkins County.
Mohamed Osman, 27, was charged with criminal sex act, attempted rape, sex abuse, and criminal obstruction of breathing.
The arrest stems from an incident that happened on August 26.
He was arraigned before Tompkins County Court Judge Rowley, according to police.
