On June 27, 2021, family and friends of 11-year-old Giovanni “Gio” Bourne gathered with balloons and lanterns to celebrate his life. Giovanni was born to Angelicia Smith and Nicholas Bourne on July 10, 2009 and lost his life June 22, 2021.
