Police say a 54-year-old Waterloo woman was taken into custody after failing to appear for a DWI charge.
Beth Vandemortal, 54, of Waterloo was arrested by the Seneca Falls Police Department on an arrest warrant after she failed to appear on her court date for driving while intoxicated.
At the time, she was also charged with driving with a BAC over 0.08% and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
Following her failure to appear, a warrant was issued by Seneca Falls Town Court.
Police say Vandemortal was secured at the Seneca County Correctional facility to await arraignment.
