Nearly 1,650 nurses will be getting up to a 7% raise at Upstate University Hospital after the pandemic this year.
That means nurses will be getting an additional $2-3,000 dollars with their base salaries.
While nurses are happy about the raise, they’re also happy that they’re getting recognition for their hard work during the pandemic.
The starting salary has not changed at Upstate University Hospital in 15 years.
